AG Sean Reyes Speaks Out Against Pornography in Schools

Attorney General Sean Reyes stepped up today and made it clear that pornography in our schools is absolutely intolerable both legally and morally. In a follow-up to his office’s original statement, he says “whenever it involves children, pornography is poison. No question. No debate.” He also said that if it was up to him, books with pornographic content would be removed immediately. That is pretty clear to me, and I appreciate him following up and clarifying where the AGO stands.
The Utah State Board of Education needs to show some leadership and follow suit. Immediately! This should have been done months ago when HB 374 was first passed. Enough is enough. Let’s get this done so our local school districts can protect our children.
