We must have transparency and accountability in education. And as your next State School Board Member, I will expose wrongdoings and demand accountability.

Davis School District admins met last week and made it clear they will not follow the law regarding removing pornographic content from our school libraries unless they have “further guidance” from the state board. The law prohibiting pornographic and indecent materials in Utah schools is clear, in fact it’s the same standard that has been imposed on students for years from bringing such materials to school. However, the Davis School district refuses to act immediately despite the state declaration that pornography is a public health crisis.

Someone needs to step up and hold our district board accountable to protect our children and uphold the law.
